Products and services

Cheershop.nl offers cheerleading-related items, accessories, training tools, personalized and custom-made gear, and graphic design services. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the delivered product.

Custom and personalized products products that are personalized, printed, or custom-made according to customer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless defective.

 

Ordering process

An order becomes legally binding once payment has been received. Customers receive an automatic order confirmation by email. Before completing the order, customers can review and correct any input errors. Cheershop.nl reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or other irregularities.

 

Prices and payment

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout. Payments can be made using iDEAL or Wero. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

 

Shipping and delivery

Standard processing and production time is up to 30 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Cheershop.nl ships within Europe only, using PostNL, DHL, or DPD. Delivery time begins after order processing has started. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control and do not entitle customers to compensation.

 

Right of withdrawal (consumers only)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Exceptions The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Products created according to customer specifications

• Digital design services once delivered or started with customer consent

Return conditions Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 30 business days after receiving the returned goods.

Warranty
